Carving - the trend in the wintersport

Carving is „cuttting“ and that means „cutting corners“ on skis. What used to be only for racing skiers is now possible for everyone with carving skis. Carving skis are considerably wider at the front and at the back forming a "waist" in the middle. And so they turn almost on their own. The elegant cornering technique on two skis gives a facinating feeling.
